This second/third division of the National League playoffs saw the Falkirk side slip back down into Division 3 after only one season. Chances saw team Captain Michael Watson's shot hit the post, and good running by David Gallagher which could not be taken further for a score. In the penalty shoot-out, goals by Stafford Dickson and Iain Fraser were not enough to prevent the teams relegation back down to Division 3.
