This Sunday Plate tie at Currie High School saw the third make the exit from the plate competition. Two goals in each half, three from short corners, resulted in an easy passage to the next round for the Edinburgh club. Cameron and Sharp worked like beavers up front but to no avail and a consolation score was to be elusive. One bright moment for Falkirk was when Jamie Ballantine in goal saved a penalty flick.
